Media Buyer

We are seeking a full-time Media Buyer (Digital Marketing Rockstar) to join our growing Orange County, California agency! We are a boutique (15-20 employees) agency supporting high-performance accounts.

This role will report directly to the C-Suite while contributing to top tier accounts and learning from proven marketing performers.

Traits of the ideal candidate: positive mind, hungry to learn & grow, technical aptitude, detail oriented, proactive, quick learner, good phone skills, solid writer, hustler.

Combination of Skills/Experience Desired: Google AdWords, Facebook Ads, media budget management, client communication, Google Analytics, GTM, HTML, WordPress, Excel, SEO.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage client ad budgets across channels: AdWords, Bing, Facebook, Retargeting, etc
  • AdWords Account Building and Optimization (search query reports, ad testing)
  • Build Facebook & IG campaigns according to client specs
  • Manage client monthly & weekly reporting via report tool and PowerPoint
  • Setup conversion tracking in Google Analytics, GTM
  • Work w/ Clients to Setup and Manage Programmatic Marketing Campaigns
  • Test new marketing channels for clients, report on results.

Qualifications:

  • Previous AdWords, Facebook Ads, Account Management Experience
  • AdWords Certification a big plus
  • Ability to work well remotely - slack, email, asana, trello
  • Strong client communication skills: phone/email
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

Parcon is looking for a full-time Account Coordinator with serious social media savvy. This position requires someone who is super service-minded, loves the details, highly organized and excels at time management. The right candidate will play a large role in the success of our company while having the opportunity to grow and gain new skills daily.

The Account Coordinator collaborates with the Parcon Account Managers, Directors, Designers and Developers to guide our clients’ success through the delivery of purposeful beautiful work.

Account and Social Media Coordinator Responsibilities Include:

  • Plan content and develop organic social media across multiple channels.
    • Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, Snapchat, Reddit, Quora
  • Write compelling and professional social media content and other corporate communications.
  • Report to Account Lead on social media efforts and other marketing initiatives.
  • Coordinate timelines, deliverables and budgets with vendors related to marketing design and development projects.
  • Research and competitive intelligence for clients.
  • Event coordination and support.
  • Communicate daily with Parcon Account Directors and Managers to guarantee on-time delivery of services.

QUALITIES AND SKILLS

You will be working on a wide variety of tasks from collecting data and editing images to working on product listings (SKUs, descriptions, sizes, colors). Everything needs to be 100% accurate. Social Media and Technologically Savvy
The right candidate will have at least 2 years of experience developing and managing social media programs for corporations, professional service firms or law firms. Experience with project management software (such as Asana), basic WordPress and Google Analytics is highly desirable.

This position requires diversity in skillsets and someone who is outgoing and creative, super service-minded and embraces a strategic approach to their work in a fast-paced (and fun!) environment. The Account Manager collaborates with the Parcon team to guide our clients’ success through the delivery of purposeful beautiful work.
